WORKING WITH UNIVERSAL TRIBES FOR UPLIFTMENT OF TRIBAL COMMUNITIES , KNOW HOW !

This winter I'm interning at UNIVERSAL TRIBES in Pune . UNIVERSAL TRIBES is my first internship, and it is everything I expected and more – in the greatest way possible.

 

    The company ensures that tribal artists and farmers preserve the artwork and are compensated fairly for their efforts. Tribal communities are already strong and rich in terms of art and health, and it is our responsibility as members of this community to assist them in becoming economically robust as well. The purpose of company's' online and offline portals is to highlight tribal artists and farmers, to highlight the important art they create and the nutritious crops they grow in order to maintain this society healthy.

 

        So far, I've gained a range of skills and gained a better understanding of the various internet tools utilised in everyday marketing and sales. As a human resource student, I've gained a lot of insight into how sales and marketing are conducted. I've been in charge of and coordinating with the Sales and Marketing department.

 

Some of the things I've done so far include creating advertising posters for the company's product, employing and obtaining talented candidates from various employment sites, and writing a few blogs for the company. I've also had a lot of experience working with LinkedIn to discover qualified employees for the sales team. I've attended sales manager meetings to gain a better understanding of sales and marketing.

 

For the remainder of my internship, I seek to know more and more each day. This internship has helped in enhancing  experience than I previously had. It's also made me more aware of other businesses and how I may utilise my expertise to assist them in various ways. I've been surrounded by talented individuals, and I know I wouldn't have gained nearly as much experience if I'd worked for a major firm, where interns wouldn't have had nearly as much hands-on exposure as I did.
